50 days after Israel were set free from slavery by the blood of lambs on the doorposts they arrived at the Mountain and Moses was given the Word of the Lord for the people.  50 days after the Messiah, Jesus shed His blood as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world, Holy Spirit was poured out upon the disciples in Jerusalem.  Jesus was the first fruit of the harvest to come.  The story in Acts 1 and 2 and beyond of ordinary men and women doing extra-ordinary ministry is still unfolding thousands of years later.  The gift of Holy Spirit was given to all who believe and receive the Lord Jesus.  We join multitudes around the world welcoming Holy Spirit to glorify our King, Jesus.
